I'm Robert, a horary astrologer devoted to one of the oldest and most precise arts in human history. When a question arises in you, and you will not let go, I cast a chart for the exact sacred moment it was born and read what the heavens have to say.
The rules I work with are the same ones Guido Bonatti set down in the 13th century and William Lilly brought into English in 1647. They have been answering questions like yours ever since. Seax Astrology exists to give you honest answers to real questions — not comfort, not flattery. The chart tells a story, and my job is to read it clearly and return it to you with care.
The Method
What is Horary?
Unlock clarity and insight with Horary astrology — a centuries-old method that answers a specific question based on the exact moment it is asked. Whether you are facing a decision in career, relationships, finances, or timing, Horary reveals what is truly unfolding behind the scenes.
This service offers direct, no-fluff interpretations, grounded in traditional astrological technique. Submit your clear yes-or-no or situational question, and receive an insightful reading that gets to the heart of the matter.
The Process
What to Expect
1
You ask
Submit one clear question through the shop. The moment I receive and understand it becomes the chart — so phrase it carefully.
2
I cast the chart
I draw up the horary chart for that exact moment and study it with traditional technique — significators, condition, and aspects.
3
I read the story
I work through what the chart shows, step by step, and reach a clear answer — honest, and grounded in the astrology.
4
You receive it
You get a written reading that walks through the reasoning and gives a plain answer at the end. Optional follow-up call available.
Before You Ask
How to Ask a Good Question
Please read this before submitting, so your question is one I can answer well.
Questions I answer
Yes / no questions about a future event — "Will X happen?"
Situational / outcome — "How will this turn out?"
Stay-or-go — a two-way choice between staying or taking a new path.
Legal matters — answered as astrological insight only, not legal advice.
Questions I don't answer
Death or dying.
Medical or health diagnosis (please see a professional).
Criminal matters.
Matters you are not personally involved in (elections, celebrities, etc.).
"Which of these?" choices of three or more options.
"Should I…?" questions — ask "Will X happen?" instead.
What to expect
Honest, no-fluff readings. The answer may be no, or not what you hoped. If so, I deliver it clearly and with care.
Accuracy is not guaranteed. Horary is remarkably reliable, but it is an interpretive art — always act in your own best interest and don't rely on a reading alone.
Your question is final once submitted. I cast the chart the moment I receive and understand it, so please phrase it carefully before you send.
Questions
Frequently Asked
What exactly is a horary reading?
It's an astrological answer to one specific question. I cast a chart for the exact moment I receive and understand your question, then read that chart using traditional technique to answer it.
What makes a good question?
A clear, single question about something that genuinely matters to you — ideally phrased as "Will X happen?" Avoid "should I…?" and don't bundle several topics into one. If timing matters, include a window (e.g. "within six months").
How long until I get my reading?
I aim to return readings promptly — usually within a few days. Genuinely urgent questions (like a lost pet) are prioritised.
Is horary accurate?
It's remarkably reliable, but it is an interpretive art and I can't guarantee a correct answer every time. Please always act in your own best interest and treat a reading as insight, not a substitute for professional (legal, medical, financial) advice.
Can I ask the same question again?
A horary question is asked once. If circumstances change significantly, or a timeframe you set has passed, it may be appropriate to ask again — just get in touch.
How do I book?
All readings are ordered through my shop. Head to the shop, choose a reading, and submit your question.

Writing
I write about horary astrology — what it is, how to ask a good question, its two-thousand-year history, and the moments the stars speak most clearly. New pieces are shared through the shop.
